Odoo is an open-source ERP: a suite of business applications (sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, projects…) that run on a single database.
Instead of managing each area with a different tool and moving data between them by hand, the whole organisation works from the same information. A sales order reserves stock or triggers manufacturing, generates the invoice and is recorded in accounting.
It is modular: companies start with the areas they need and add others as they grow. Being open source, it can be extended with OCA community modules or in-house developments.

We start from current operations and adapt Odoo to the company's processes. If we identify a process that can be simplified, we propose it, but the decision always rests with the company.
It is solved with OCA community modules or with custom development integrated into Odoo.
It depends on the areas involved and the degree of adaptation required. With a defined scope, the price is fixed. If the scope will take shape through use, work is billed hourly or under a mixed model. It is determined after the diagnostic session.
