What systems integration is

Most companies work with several tools at once: online shop, ERP, CRM, banking, shipping… When they are not connected, someone has to move data from one to another by hand.

That work takes hours every week, introduces errors and leaves each system with a different version of the same information.

Integration means connecting those tools so they exchange data automatically. An order from the shop reaches the ERP, the ERP updates stock in the shop and the customer receives the invoice with no manual intervention.

What we do

Four services that make the company's systems work as one, available together or separately.

Systems integration

Tools connected so they share customers, orders, stock or invoices.

Includes

  • Analysis of which data moves between which systems
  • Connection through APIs, webhooks or files
  • One-way or two-way synchronisation
  • Assisted go-live
When it is needed
The team moves data between tools by hand or each system shows different information.
Deliverable
Systems that exchange data automatically.

Integrations that fail?

If the connections between systems break, duplicate data or were built by someone who is no longer available, we review them. We set out what is worth keeping, what to fix and what to rebuild. Then we restore them to working order.

Beyond integrations

An integration is usually part of a wider project. We also take care of what surrounds it.

Odoo

If the company's ERP is Odoo, we implement it, adapt it and connect it to the rest of its tools.

Custom software

When the required tool does not exist, we develop it and integrate it with current systems.

Technology consulting

Before connecting any system, we review the architecture and help decide what to integrate and how.

Frequently asked questions about integrations

Which systems can you connect?

Any system that can exchange data: ERP, CRM, online shops, banks, carriers, payment platforms or in-house tools. Also EDI with large customers and e-invoicing. This is usually done through their API or webhooks.

What if a system has no API?

It can still be integrated: through files (CSV, Excel or FTP), with access to its database or by email. The diagnosis determines the most reliable option for each case.

Will we have to change the tools we use?

No. We start from the current tools and connect them to each other. We will only propose replacing one if there is no reliable way to integrate it.

What happens if a provider changes its API?

APIs evolve over time. The maintenance service adapts the integrations to those changes to keep them working.

How much does an integration cost?

It depends on the systems to be connected and the data to be exchanged. With a defined scope, the price is fixed. If the scope will take shape through use, work is billed hourly or under a mixed model. It is determined after the diagnostic session.
